Cookie Policy
This policy explains how Mind Evolved Pty Ltd (ABN 76 620 250 295) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on mindevolved.com, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage is similar browser storage that works in the same way for our purposes. We refer to both as "cookies" below.
How we use them
We do not currently show a cookie banner. Analytics cookies are set when you visit the Site. You can stop them at any time using the options under "How to control cookies" below.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (Google): sets first-party cookies that give your browser an identifier and distinguish visits, so we can measure traffic and conversions.
PostHog: stores a cookie and a browser local storage entry that give your browser a random identifier, so we can understand how visitors use the Site. PostHog also automatically records clicks and page views, and records session replays in which text typed into form fields is masked. If you submit our contact form, we link this identifier to your name, email address and company.
Security and spam protection
Google reCAPTCHA: runs on our contact page to detect spam and bots. It may set cookies and collects hardware and software information such as device and application data, which is sent to Google. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cloudflare: may set a short-lived security cookie to help identify and block malicious bots and protect the Site.
Booking
cal.com: when you open our consultation booking widget, cal.com may set cookies or use local storage to run the booking flow and remember your preferences. cal.com's own privacy policy applies to that service.
The exact cookie names and how long they last are set by each provider and can change, so we do not list them here. You can see the cookies and storage a site has set in your browser's developer tools or site settings, and each provider's own policy describes its cookies.
Third-party cookies
Google, PostHog, Cloudflare and cal.com each set their own cookies and act under their own policies. We do not use cookies for advertising or to build advertising profiles.
How to control cookies
Browser settings: most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies and site data. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the Site from working properly (for example, the contact form needs reCAPTCHA).
Do Not Track: PostHog respects the Do Not Track setting in your browser.
Google Analytics: you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Clearing cookies and site data removes the identifiers listed above, and a new random ID is created the next time you visit.
Changes
We may update this policy when we change the tools we use. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
